STEP 2: Set Your Calendar
Take a moment right now to block out your calendar. Consider how much your life could change if you fully committed yourself to this 3 day event and absorbed all that will be offered. I'm going to give you the best of what I've learned over the past 26 years and over 5000+ hours of coaching people with developmental trauma.
Step 3: Preparation
Come to the program with 0 resistance. Be open to all that is possible to reap the full benefits. Fully participate in the break out groups throughout the day. Be vulnerable so your brain can let go of shame – one of the biggest reasons people hide their personal challenges. Finally, make arrangements to not be disturbed by bad internet connections, food, water, children, pets or anything that might tug at your attention. There will be a few breaks throughout the day but don't distract yourself with things that will take you out of the energy field we will be creating. Remove all obstacles to your learning and receive the benefits.
